Ingredients
- 3 Large potatoes
- 1/2 medium sized onion
- 1/4 Cup butter (1 stick)
- Seasoning Salt

Directions
Completely wash each potato. Do not remove the skin.
Either Cube each potatoe into 1/2 inch cubes, or slice into thin (not too thin!) slices. Set aside.
In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Once completely melted, turn heat up to medium high and add onions. Sautee onions until golden brown. Turn heat up to high and add potatoes. Let sit until bottoms are golden brown. Flip over and repeat on other side. If you chose to cube your potatoes, continue frying until all sides are golden brown.
Serve immediately.
