- 1 Tsp Cinimon
- Butter or Margerine
- 8 slices bread (any kind)

Directions
Combine Milk, sugar, egg, and cinimon in a small bowl. Mix well.
Dip 2 slices of bread in the batter, coating each side evenly. Place both slices into a hot pan, cook each side evenly. Repeat with the rest of the bread.
Serve with butter or margerine and syrup.
